Devi Yoga is another name for TriYoga. Both the Devi Peetham and TriYoga websites have been created to provide knowledge of TriYoga's sadhana and lineage.

Triyoga.com focuses on the hatha yoga aspect, TriYoga Prasaara (Flows). Devipeetham.com focuses on the other spiritual aspects, such as lineage, jnana, karma yoga, nada yoga, personal "flow" stories or testimonials and more.

From the time she was a young child, Kaliji was naturally drawn to self-inquiry and meditation. As early as three years old, she could be found sitting quietly in a seated pose. Kaliji's mother, not knowing what she was doing, would try to entice her to watch television to be like other children. In response, Kaliji would run to the window of her room and say, "This is my TV."

In the tradition of the ancient yoga, TriYoga sadhana is guided by the direct experience and intuitive knowledge that arise from the inner flow of kundalini, or universal life-energy. On January 5, 1980, kriyavati siddhi awakened within Kaliji, manifesting as the spontaneous flow of asana, pranayama and mudra (posture, breath and focus). The sequences that have emerged from kriyavati, when practiced by others, balance the life force, facilitating the awakening of consciousness.

With the grace of Devi (Mother Goddess), kriyavati continues to guide the evolution of TriYoga sadhana. This inspired sadhana is a reflection of the universal trinity of truth-knowledge-bliss or sat cit ananda.

Sangeeta, yoga music, brings greater health to the body, calms the mind, and inspires absorption with the Divine. Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound. Yoga music can be enjoyed during sadhana and throughout life. It has often been called the easiest yoga path because the mind becomes absorbed in elevating sound vibration.

Service to those in need is a natural progression of spirituality. TriYoga is a dynamic service-oriented organization. Whether it is to spread the teachings of yoga throughout the world by enabling students to come to the U.S. for teacher training, bringing the power of transformative music to peoples lives, aiding those in poor countries by helping to teach TriYoga there, providing financial help for special needs, bringing TriYoga to the prisons, or supporting environmental and animal rights organizations, TriYoga is constantly reaching out.
